The Thomasville Historic Preservation Commission meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM in City Council chambers located on the second floor of the Police Department on Guilford Street. These meetings are open to the public. The Commission is in place to serve the citizens of Thomasville in preserving the City’s historic resources and local heritage. Contact the Commission if you wish to add your name to the list of volunteers who help the Commission. If you have ideas, questions, or if you would like to know more about historic preservation in the City of Thomasville, contact the Commission by phone at 336-906-5272 or by e-mail at historicpreservation@ci.thomasville.nc.us
